The Project Cycle Management

Project Cycle Management is the set of methodologies and tools for managing the six phases that make up the life cycle of a project: Indicative Planning – Identification – Instruction – Financing – Commissioning – Evaluation. During the seminar, some of these working tools (the Logical Framework, ZOPP method, building a WBS/OBS, Budgeting, GANTT, Stakeholder Analysis, etc.) will be presented and demonstrations will be provided regarding their application in international research and cooperation projects.
