Thanks to continuous scientific and technological progress, today it is possible to study, explore and monitor our seas and oceans in an increasingly systemic and non-invasive way and across large spatial and temporal scales. It is equally important to develop methods that allow data to be cataloged and made available to the community and institutions, or to collect new ones also through reports from citizens and users of the sea. This page, continuously updated, shows instruments (“tools”) for marine research, scientific databases, and web applications produced, developed or published by the CNR IRBIM staff, also in collaboration with the national and international partners of our research projects. All products are freely accessible according to open science trajectories.
