Impatti negativi cumulativi sugli ecosistemi marini del Mar Egeo

Thanks to the IRBIM Short Term Mobility Grant scholarship, Marina Chiappi, a Fish-Med PhD student, conducted a study at the University of the Aegean. Her research focused on the negative cumulative impact of several stressors on marine ecosystems, specifically: invasive alien species, jellyfish blooms, and harmful algal blooms. The study’s objective was to understand how these phenomena, when combined, could further damage the fragile marine environment of the Aegean Sea.
