She carries out planning and implementation activities of organizational models and initiatives in support of the activities of the European project office of CNR IRBIM within the direct and indirect programming of European funds for the Blue Growth sector. In particular, she supports the Project Office for the identification of new potential funding of interest to the Institute, for the retrieval of information and documents necessary for the reporting of projects in the implementation phase, for the management of personnel related to the Ancona office; she carries out storage and management of documents on a Cloud platform organized for use by the Project Office and the Management Secretariat.
She is responsible for the “Personal Data Protection” working group for the Competition Office and, in this capacity, supports the relevant contact person in the processing of documents and in the implementation of procedures related to the processing of personal data in compliance with European regulations.
She is responsible for the procedures of scientific association with the CNR IRBIM, of which she follows all the procedural process necessary to refine the measures of new association, the interaction with the Board of Institute of CNR IRBIM, any annual renewals and all related practices, including communications with members and management of the profiles of members on the intranet.cnr.it platform

The research activities of the Institute are carried out in the context of research, development and innovation projects, both national and international, based on regional funding programs (POR FEAMPA - Regional Operational Program of the European Maritime Affairs Fisheries Fund and Aquaculture and POR FESR - Regional Operational Program of the European Regional Development Fund) or ministerial (PRIN - Projects of relevant national interest, PNRA - National Research Program in Antarctica, PO FEAMPA - National Operational Program European Maritime Affairs Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund) , programs for European Territorial Cooperation (Interreg), direct funding programs of the European Commission (Horizon2020 and Horizon Europe, Life, JPI - Joint Programming Initiatives, ERA-NET Cofund) and thematic collaboration initiatives managed by international organizations such as, for example , the FAO - GFCM (General Fisheries Commission for the Mediterranean). The Institute also develops funded projects in the context of collaborations with private companies in the sectors of the blue economy as well as technology transfer and research results. Research projects, mainly of a collaborative nature, are developed through a wide network of partners that include major Italian and foreign research institutions and universities.
