ORMEF is a free and navigable online database on Exotic Mediterranean Fish. It provides up-to-date, geo-referenced information for scientists, conservationists, and policymakers, disseminating the knowledge and experience of specialists to a wide audience. The objectives of the ORMEF database are to:
- Collect and organize data on alien fish species in the Mediterranean.
- Share information with the scientific community, environmental policymakers and the general public.
- Provide a useful tool for scientific research and management of alien species.
